I've had my eye on this gorgeous bag from Klum House for a while, and finally sprung for one a month or so ago. What a blast to put this thing together and the end result is spectacular. I've never sewn on waxed canvas before, but am a convert now. Even my son liked it and asked if I can make him a messenger bag with the same look.
Here is Fremont 1:
I loved it so much, I bought a kit in a second color. Here is Fremont 2:

And here are the twins!
The kits are really nice--cutting and marking done for you. I also took Ellie Lum's Bluprint class for this bag, which I highly recommend. All sorts of great tips for working with waxed canvas and general bag making in addition to easy to follow step-by-step directions for the Fremont.
Had to decide between making the last color Fremont (which I also love) or a Woodland Dopp Kit, and went with the Woodland to give as a gift to my son and because there is also an Ellie Lum video with it on Bluprint. May also get more Fremonts to make as a Christmas gifts for my daughter and DIL.
I am an intermediate sewer. Have been sewing for decades, but have never made a bag with leather trim. With both of these bags, I had a beautiful finished product in a couple of hours by using the kits. Bluprint has a few Klum House items, but you can get kits for the rest of the collection directly from the Klum House site
